The Assos Formula 1 Edition Evo 7 Short Sleeve Jersey has been developed alongside the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team’s cycling club, using their facilities to test and develop this jersey to deliver the ultimate in minimal drag at high-speeds, whilst still remaining highly-comfortable and breathable for long days in the saddle.
It integrates Assos’ SkinFoil premium Summer undergarment which wicks away sweat from the surface of your skin, whilst also creating a cooling microclimate next to your skin for lasting comfort on the warmest of days. With this being built into the jersey’s construction, you get a lighter and more breathable jersey.
The back of the jersey is constructed from a high-wick mesh that allows air to flow freely without compromising aerodynamic performance. The Formula 1 Edition Evo 7 Jersey has a race fit that sits next to the skin to provide the maximum performance, and the type.002 material maintains its soft and elasticised feel for mile after mile, season after season.
Assos have also re-evaluated the shoulder cut of the jersey, allowing you to get into the aerodynamic tuck position for longer. Reflective elements around the shoulder and on the three rear pockets aid your visibility out on the road. The three rear pockets are complemented by a small zip pocket that is perfect for keys or other small valuables.
