The T Equipe s7 is Assos' Racing Fit short in the S7 line-up, designed to be worn by the rider looking for more compression, a snugger fit, and a more anatomically shaped insert which allows them to adopt a more aggressive position on the bike.

This was the question Assos had to address, so their apparel engineers and Werksmannschaft test team set to work to deliver a game-changing short which offers; less volume, lower weight, less pressure on the body, less friction, less temperature sensitivity, less complexity, more freedom of movement, improved aerodynamics, more body-mapped soft compression, and more application specific models.

The Assos team used the 2012 London Olympics to develop the fastest aero suit on the planet, the Fenomento. Many of the technologies created for this garment are now found within the T Equipe S7 shorts.

The T Equipe S7 shorts feature Assos' new 'Goldengate'. In previous generations of shorts, the insert was fixed to the shorts around its entire perimeter, the stitching that holds the S7's insert in place is interrupted between the legs allowing for greater freedom, reduced friction and overall improved riding comfort.
