The excellent protection from the cold comes primarily from the airBlock material in the toe section. This is paired with a stretchier and more breathable rear section so you get the benefits of insulation, snug racing fit and breathability.
Assos have cunningly used the minimum number of seams possible to give the best and closest fit possible. Additionally, the toe and heel have additional reinforcement so that you can keep hold of these excellent shoe covers for longer.
Equally well thought out is the positioning of the reflective zippers asymmetrically towards the outside for comfort and water protection, as well as enhancing the snug racing fit.
