Castelli Prosecco Long Sleeve Base Layer
Designed for cool conditions, the Castelli Prosecco Long Sleeve Base Layer is ideal for any rider looking to add a bit more warmth to their rides during the cold, brisk mornings of autumn and winter. The 100% polyester main body dictates the excellent moisture management of the base layer, drawing sweat away from the skin and transferring it to the outer layer of the fabric, for a much more comfortable and also a much warmer ride.
Castelli use two thicknesses of polyester throughout the Prosecco. The main body is much thicker than the bib straps and shorts. This disperses heat throughout different areas of the body, whilst Castelli believes that having less fabric where other materials overlap is needed to control body temperature in a more efficient way.
The anatomical cut ensures the base layer fits perfectly to the contours of your body, so no excess material rubs against the skin or creates bulges under your jersey and the flat stitching at the hem stops irritation.
