Cervelo Caledonia-5 Force eTap AXS 12-Speed Disc Road Bike 2021
Combining the race-bred speed of the R5 and the comfort of the Aspero, Cervélo’s Caledonia-5 Force eTap AXS 12-Speed Disc Road Bike is a compelling option for anyone who wants all-day performance and brilliant handling. By increasing the trail and the rear-centre figures, stability has been increased so that the bike is just as fun to ride after mile 100 as it is after mile 10. Despite its comfort, the frame is still extremely fast and efficient, with burly, aerodynamic tube shapes ensuring that all power is transferred efficiently and that the bike cuts through the wind. Hidden mudguard mounts and clearance for 34mm tyres means lots more potential for year-round use, whilst the internal hose routing keeps the aesthetic sleek and race-like.
SRAM’s 12-speed Force eTap AXS groupset is both electronic and wireless, meaning no cables and instant, effortless shifting on demand. By using smaller than standard 48/35t chainrings and a 10-36t cassette, the range of available ratios is very wide without any cadence-spoiling large jumps between the gears. The rear derailleur features a hydraulic damper to control chain slap and the chainset even includes a power meter for more effective training.
Both the carbon Reserve 35mm wheels and the 30mm Vittoria Rubino Pro tyres can be easily set up tubeless, so that, in keeping with the Caledonia-5, they provide more comfort and more performance. Carbon also features as the material of choice for the handlebar and seatpost, whilst the neat stem system allows for height adjustment without the need to rethread the brake hoses.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
