Cervelo R5 Road Frameset 2018
Redeveloped, redesigned, redeployed, the latest iteration of the Cervelo R5 Road Frameset provides the very highest level of German engineering, precision and moulding thanks to their famed carbon fibre which provides the best possible level of feel for the rider.
Composed of Cervelo's high-grade, high modulus carbon fibre, shaped and shaved at every conceivable juncture to provide you with a lighter, stronger bike, the R5 features Squoval shaped tubing. This shaping is designed by Cervelo to deliver a perfected equilibrium between strong and integral composition as well as a lightweight, responsive frameset, you can be sure of a premium riding experience.
Keeping Cervelo's celebrated rider first geometry, the latest edition of the R5 is 21% stiffer at the head tube, giving you a more intuitive feel when picking your line, and giving you direct, responsive steering at the front end of your bike. 13% stiffer around the bottom bracket, featuring Cervelo's BBright shaping, you benefit from strengthened and reinforced tubing around one of the most critical junctures of your bike.
Designed to provide clearances for tyres up to 28mm, this lightweight frameset is stiff and rigid, providing you with a top-rated performance out on the road, and assuring you that this is the quality basis for your next dream bike.
