Train more efficiently and immerse yourself fully in every session with the CycleOps H2 Direct Drive Smart Trainer. Relieve the boredom of training indoors and connect to your favourite app such as Zwift, via ANT+ or Bluetooth, and benefit from automatic changes in resistance. You won't disturb your neighbours when training early or late, as at 64 decibels the H2 is incredibly quiet even when putting all your power down.
The direct drive design means your road tyres won't get worn out and the trainer has a solid construction with 20-pound (9kg) precision-balanced flywheel, for stability throughout. You can put up to 2000 watts through the pedals; enough for the most powerful riders, and inclines are simulated up to 20%.
