The direct drive design removes any unwanted tyre and rear wheel wear, while simultaneously increasing the trainer's versatility, allowing it to cater to a wide range of bikes, including bolt-thru mountain bike variants. The ride stability is also increased thanks to the wide base, ensuring minimal movement through even the highest intensity efforts.
The Elite Directo is the perfect choice for stronger riders, offering a 1400 watt maximum power output and the capability to simulate slopes of up to 14% in gradient. Additionally, the integrated OTS power meter is another key feature, boasting a +/- 2.5% accuracy, riders can truly monitor the success of their training regime.
The inclusive 12-month Zwift membership complements this trainer perfectly, taking the real-time data and performances and relaying them through a fun, visually stimulating platform. Zwift's intuitive software allows you to power your avatar through a range of virtual courses, riding with, or competing against, other users from across the globe. Not only does this take the isolation out of indoor training, it adds an element of competition, ideal for those training for the up and coming race season.
