Focus Thron2 6.8 Electric Mountain Bike 2021
The Focus Thron2 6.8 is a versatile Electric Mountain Bike suited to demanding alpine terrain or challenging bikepacking adventures across the wilderness. The Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 4 motor system delivers up to 250 watts of smooth pedalling assistance and is powered by the partnering Bosch 625Wh battery that grants a range of up to 51 miles across rugged trails and tracks. The system has multiple pedalling assist settings for different riding scenarios and even has a walk-assist mode for those “hike-a-bike” moments. Additionally, an Extended Boost feature intuitively provides extra impetus when larger obstacles are encountered.
The aluminium frame is strong, stiff and light to guarantee a lively ride and integrates a plush rear suspension format to increase comfort and traction on demanding surfaces. A RockShox Recon RL fork partners the frame and offers heightened line precision and control via its plush 130mm of suspension. Rugged wheels and broad 2.6” tyres manage extreme riding situations with aplomb and are driven by a wide-ranging, smooth-shifting Shimano SLX 12-speed gear setup. Four-piston hydraulic disc brakes are charged with the stopping duties and perform with excellent power and accuracy regardless of the trail conditions.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
