Genesis Croix De Fer 50 Disc Gravel Bike 2021
Engineered with Reynolds 853 tubing, the Genesis Croix De Fer 50 Disc Gravel Bike delivers the perfect balance of performance and weight for a sublime ride quality. The frame is paired to a full carbon CGR1 fork for responsive steering and it's complete with Anything cage mounts so, together with the mounts for mudguards and rack, capability and versatility are significantly enhanced.
This model is fitted with Shimano's gravel-specific 11-speed GRX groupset, which is rugged, reliable, and stable over mixed terrains. The cassette and chainset combination optimise gears for off-road riding, while hydraulic discs take care of stopping in all conditions. Tubeless-ready WTB rims have been paired with Kenda Booster tyres in a 40mm width, for excellent traction and fast-rolling. When this combination is set up tubeless you can eliminate the risk of pinch punctures and make further gains in terms of comfort and speed too. The Croix de Fer is a true all-rounder; load it up with kit for touring, stick on mudguards and use it as a commuter or simply go and explore local gravel trails, this bike excels no matter where you point it.
