The 320 Drink Mix is the most carbohydrate-rich sports drink available on the market, delivering 80 grams in just a single sachet, while both the 320 and the 160 Drink Mix incorporate hydrogel technology. This means that the carbohydrates are encapsulated in a protective gel which allows them to pass smoothly through your stomach and directly into the intestine for digestion. This allows the drinks to be processed without irritation to your stomach - a traditional pitfall of carbohydrate-heavy sports drinks - allowing you to concentrate on performing at your best.
