The main fabric is super lightweight yet provides excellent wind resistance, helping to protect the core from cold breezes whilst the open mesh rear panel improves breathability. Stretch in the material allows a close, aerodynamic fit and the elastic waist keeps the vest from flapping around. To keep it neat, it packs down into its own rear pocket so that it slides easily in and out of a pocket or saddle bag.
