When in a turbo trainer, your bike's rear wheel is raised slightly and the Minoura Riser G Block levels out the front wheel for a more natural riding position. The block has a wide and stable design so you can put down power without excessive movement and it is compatible with both 26 inch and 700c wheels.
This block can also be used to transport your trainer with ease, when combined with a quick release skewer (purchased separately), ideal if you need to set up at races.
