ROKA Maverick X Womens Wetsuit
To make their fastest ever women’s wetsuit, the ROKA’s Maverick X uses premium Yamamoto neoprene coated with SCS (Super Composite Skin) hydrophobic nano coating to reduce surface drag, and a unique arms-up cut that means no constriction through the stroke. Proprioception of the water is increased through the use of a stretch woven forearm panel so that each stroke can be as efficient as possible.
With more buoyancy built into the centre and lower half of the suit, the body position in the water is improved for more speed and better rotation, whilst the IXI taping helps core stability and provides a stronger connection between the upper and lower body. This staves off fatigue and helps keep good form later in the race when tired.
