Building on the success of the Santa Cruz Syndicate team’s mixed-wheel success, the Santa Cruz Bullit Carbon CC S 29/27.5 Electric Mountain Bike features a mullet setup that combines snappy handling with the ability to release the brakes and smash the steeps. At the heart of the frame is the Santa Cruz CC carbon. Ultralight and warrantied for life, it delivers an unmatched ride quality, damping vibration and offering a stiff, responsive feel on the trail. Hugely capable, the 170mm of suspension travel is a monster on any terrain and features the revised Shimano STEPS EP8 motor system to rally your way back to the top of your favourite descents.
Lightweight and powerful, the EP8 system puts out 85Nm of hill-shredding torque, ensuring the route to the top is as fun as the run back down. The 29” front, 27.5” wheel combination is well suited to the additional weight of a motor and battery and offers playful handling that retains stability through the rough stuff. A high-capacity 630Wh battery allows for all-day adventures, with the EP8 motor providing increased power in the Trail assistance mode, without impacting the range.
The VPP suspension system delivers exceptional traction through chattery terrain and ramps up to add support through harsh landings. This is paired with the phenomenal FOX 38 Performance E-Tune fork and durable Maxxis Double Down tyres, a not so subtle indication of this bike's aggressive intentions. Tough and reliable, Race Face ARC HD 30 rims are paired with DT Swiss 370 hubs, and a Burgtec Enduro MK2 stem is paired with the unique Santa Cruz Carbon Di2 riser bar for a clean, tidy cockpit.
