Santa Cruz Reserve full carbon 29-inch rims are nimble but robust and are laced to the ever-reliable DT Swiss 370 hubs. The boost configuration of these wheels then naturally increases the lateral stiffness to promote enhanced trail accuracy and punctual acceleration.
The job of gear changing is tasked to the SRAM GX Eagle groupset, and it manages its task within an adept manner, clicking effortlessly through the wide-ranging gear ratios. The efficiency of the crank arms and their partnering DUB axle imparts instant power transfer before stopping duties are supplied by a full hydraulic configuration that is proficiently modulated in action.
Differing trail requirements are catered for by the RockShox Reverb dropper seatpost with its adjustability altering saddle height according to trail complexity. The dependable Race Face bar and stem set up is trustworthy and reliable and ensures quick and exact steering even when obstacles appear unexpectedly.
The addition of Flip Chip technology then grants ultimate trail fine-tuning. This feature allows the rider to alter the height and action of the rear suspension unit quickly and easily in line with the landscape to be encountered.
