Containing 50 grams of carbohydrate as well as 8 grams of protein for muscle repair, this bar contains just 1 - 2 grams of fat so you can reap the benefits without increasing your fat intake. It is recommended to consume one bar per hour of exercise, which can easily be fitted into a jersey pocket for easy access.
