Shimano BR-M9100 XTR I-spec-EV Brake Lever and PM Front Caliper
The BR-M9100 XTR Brake Lever and PM Front Caliper is Shimano’s premium offering, combining low weight and high performance. It is compatible with I-spec-EV shifters or a dropper lever to leave the handlebar less cluttered. The carbon lever blade is textured for better grip and is 13mm wide for greater comfort and power, while the master cylinder has a brace to the handlebar for increased stiffness.
The magnesium caliper body has a one-piece, forged construction for extra rigidity and low weight, with the two opposed pistons made from ceramic for better heat management. K04TI sintered pads are fitted as standard and the BH90 hose with mineral oil ensures that all lever movement is transmitted to the pistons for power and modulation. Titanium hardware is the finishing, lightweight touch.
