Specialized Diverge Disc Womens Adventure Road Bike 2019
Perfect for riders who need a road bike but want something that can tackle an off-road trail like a natural, the Specialized Diverge Womens Disc Adventure Road Bike has been produced to mix it up with the best of both worlds.
The frameset is manufactured with Specialized's excellent FACT 9r carbon fibre. It's lightweight and stiff, delivering a fantastic ride up and down hills, whether on or off-road. The carbon fork makes steering lightweight and responsive while keeping the overall weight down, too.
The 'Open Road' geometry has been designed to deliver a ride-feel that Specialized describes as a road version of a modern trail bike. That translates to snappy joyful handling and is achieved by shortening the wheelbase while dropping the bottom bracket. The bike also has clearance for seriously big tyres, up to 42mm on the stock Axis Sport Disc wheels, or 47mm plus associated mud if you wanted to try smaller 650b standard wheels (sold separately). Road buzz is further dampened by the Future Shock Progressive suspension on the headset. This innovative suspension system has 20mm of travel to take the sting out of any imperfections on the road or small bumps on the trails.
Hydraulic disc brakes from Shimano offer modulated stopping power in any weather or surface condition. Mixed with a Shimano Tiagra 10-speed gearset for reliable and accurate shifting, this is a very well specified road bike.
A truly versatile road bike, it comes with three bottle cage mounts, pannier rack mounts and mudguard mounts, making it perfect for bikepacking or a top-spec commuting bike too.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
