Specialized S-Works Venge RED AXS eTap 12-Speed Disc Road Bike 2020
The Specialized S-Works Venge RED AXS eTap 12-Speed Disc Road Bike uses a new FACT 11 carbon layup to produce a frame which has a higher stiffness to weight ratio than the Venge ViAS and 40% more compliance – so very definitely a have-your-cake-and-eat-it kind of bike, especially when the impressive weight loss is factored in. The frame geometry has been modified too, based on Retul bike fit data and feedback from the Bora-Hansgrohe and Quick-Step Floors Pro Tour riders, to give a Performance Road Geometry for instantaneous response and optimal power transfer.
The fully wireless SRAM RED 12-speed AXS eTap groupset features radical changes as far as the chainset and cassette are concerned. The X-Range 10-33 cassette used in conjunction with a 48-35 chainset gives a wider spread of gears, with smaller gaps between each gear than a traditional drivetrain, and all without losing high or low ratios. The small 13 tooth gap on the chainset promotes faster, smoother shifting into the bargain.
The SRAM Orbit Chain Management system uses a unique Flattop chain and fluid damped rear derailleur to make gear changes quick, quiet and accurate. SRAM have continued with their intuitive two paddle shifter system, which is super simple to operate even when wearing gloves. Certain aspects of the drivetrain can even be personalised using the AXS app, with options such as Sequential and Compensating modes, as well as providing information about battery life and firmware updates.
Specialized’s tubeless ready Roval CLX64 wheels complement the Venge’s aim for outright speed, running on CeramicSpeed bearings and shod with 26mm Turbo Cotton rubber, whilst SRAM’s redesigned RED eTap AXS hydraulic disc brakes will readily call a halt to proceedings when required.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
