Zone3 Power Stroke Swim Hand Paddles
The Zone3 Power Stroke Swim Hand Paddles help increase upper body strength by increasing the resistance of each arm pull through the water. Orange thumb panels aid the swimmer in perfecting their swim stroke by ensuring the thumb and forefinger enter the water first, while the ergonomic palm shaping and adjustable straps afford comfort, even during long training sessions. Made from polypropylene, these paddles are durable, light and flexible.
Three sizes are available to give different amounts of resistance through the water. With larger sizes paddles, more effort is required to pull them through the water, making for a tougher training session.
