We’ve made a conscious effort to reduce the amount of paper and ink that we use. From August 20th, 2020, we will no longer include a paper invoice with your order.
For UK customers who have a Sigma Sports account, you can now access your invoice in the ‘My Account’ section on our website and view or download a PDF of your order.
For guests (without a Sigma Sports account) you can view or download a PDF of your order using the ‘Order Access Token’ in your ‘Order dispatched’ email.
At this time, this update does not affect international customers.
Good To Know For International Customers
Outside of the United Kingdom, we ship to a wide range of countries, using DHL. This is a fully tracked service and a signature is required to receive your order. Please note that our dispatch time for in-stock items is 4 to 5 working days. Some destinations may incur a remote postage cost even if the order is over the stated free delivery threshold. If an additional charge is applicable it will be clearly shown in the checkout before placing your order. If you order a bicycle, please note that your order will dispatch once your new bike has been built, tuned and then repackaged for safe delivery.
Premium Bike Delivery
We are pleased to now offer a Premium Bike Delivery option where a qualified mechanic will offer you bespoke bike set up and handover on your doorstep. The service offers the following benefits:
- Delivered "ready to ride", setup to your measurements, with seatpost and pedals adjusted on arrival.
- Post-delivery handover conducted with a qualified bike mechanic.
- Choice of delivery dates to suit you.
Once you have placed your order a member of our Customer Care team will contact you to book the next available delivery slot that suits you. This service costs £100 but members of our Loyalty Scheme receive a 50% discount each time they use the service. To find out more about our Loyalty Scheme click here.
If your email address does not match what is registered on our website, your spend will not contribute towards our loyalty scheme.
We accept credit card payments using Judopay, an industry-leading payment solution so transactions are 100% secure. If you have a Sigma Sports account, we offer you the option of storing your credit card number for a faster checkout experience, you only have to enter your 3 (or 4 digits) security number upon checkout.
If you have paid using a credit or debit card, payment will be collected when you submit your order. This does not affect your right to a refund/cancellation.

Amazon Pay - Use your Amazon account to complete your purchase with us, it provides a fast and convenient checkout experience. Amazon Pay is not available for Reserve and Collect orders. Your card will be billed once we invoice your order at the point of dispatch. Please note GBP payments only. Using Amazon Pay will not contribute to your loyalty status.

How do I receive an eGift Voucher?
Once your order has been processed and we have taken payment, you will be emailed the electronic eGift Voucher code to the email address you have selected. You will not receive anything in the post for the eGift Vouchers that you order. Your order will usually be processed within 30 minutes, however, the despatch of your eGift Voucher may be delayed if your order contains additional products, you have added an order note, or your order is temporarily held for manual checking.
How do I give the eGift Voucher to the recipient?
The eGift Voucher can be delivered to your chosen recipient straight to their inbox immediately or on a specified date of your choice, or you can print out the voucher and give it to them. eGift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
I am the recipient of an eGift Voucher, how do I redeem it?
eGift Vouchers can be used to purchase any product on sigmasports.com in-store or online. Select the item(s) you wish to order and add them to your basket. To apply your eGift Voucher you can input the code on the checkout page and select ‘apply’. Then complete the Checkout procedure as normal.
- You don’t have to spend all of the eGift Voucher at once. We will keep track of any unused portion and you can use that later by logging into your account to place future orders.
- eGift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase so make sure you remember to redeem your eGift Voucher in time.
- eGift Vouchers are valued and issued in GBP Pounds.
I have paid for an order using an eGift Voucher. What happens if I want to return my order?
For orders which are refunded, the refund will be issued via the same payment method as used to pay for the order. Therefore if you have paid, or part-paid, for an order using a Sigma Sports eGift Voucher any refund will be issued in eGift Vouchers to the same value.

I have lost an eGift Voucher. What do I do?
If you are the recipient of a Sigma Sports eGift Voucher please ask the purchaser if they still have details of your Voucher Code. If not, please ask the purchaser to contact us at [email protected] so that the eGift Voucher can be reissued. We can only reissue gift vouchers which have not been redeemed. The original expiry date will still apply.
Can I return my eGift Voucher?
eGift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. The value of the eGift Voucher cannot be converted back to cash.

eGift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Sigma Sports gift cards/vouchers.
My Order Hasn't Arrived - What Should I Do?
Did you know?
You'll receive an email or text when your order is on its way and you'll be able to track your order. If you haven't heard from us within the delivery time on your order confirmation email, please contact us and have your order reference number ready.
Step 1: Firstly, check to see if you have received an email from us, confirming that your order has been sent.
If your order has been sent via Royal Mail
This applies to most smaller packages that can usually fit through your letterbox and any order value under £50. Royal Mail’s procedure for lost items and incorrect deliveries are that we must wait 2 weeks before registering an item as lost. If your package goes missing and you would like us to send you a replacement within this 2-week period, we hope you understand that to prevent fraud, we will need to charge you for your item(s) again. If your package is subsequently officially declared as lost by Royal Mail, we will, of course, refund you for all lost item(s).
If your order has been sent via courier
This applies to all paid Next Day deliveries, and bicycles and bulky packages. Upon receipt of your order dispatch email, your order will have been sent on a Next Day service, our courier delivers between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. In most cases, you will receive a one-hour window notification via SMS and/or email.
If your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier and you have not received it even after checking with your neighbours and in your Safe Place, or you have missing items, you must notify us within 10 days of your dispatch email.
If your parcel hasn’t been scanned by the courier or hasn’t had an updated scan, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your dispatch email so we can raise a parcel search with the courier.
Outside of this window, the courier will assume the parcel is delivered correctly and will not be able to start a lost parcel investigation.
Step 2: If you haven’t received an email confirming your order, then please email us or call us on 0333 006 8833 and one of our customer care team will be able to help you. Due to a high volume of phone calls, there may be a delay in answering your call.
Please check to see if you have received an email from us, confirming that your order has been sent. If you have received an email, please check the status of the order by clicking the tracking link.

All prices on our website are shown inclusive of VAT at the current rate (where appropriate, some items like helmets and books are zero-rated). Customers ordering from outside the EU are able to purchase goods free of tax.
BFPO & FCO ORDERS
We're happy to be able to deliver to BFPO addresses VAT-free. In order to deduct the VAT, we need you to provide a letter on headed paper from your Commanding Officer stating that you're serving overseas and are entitled to be exempt from UK VAT. Once we've received this letter we'll confirm that we're able to process your orders without VAT.
The easiest way to proceed with placing a BFPO order is to send us a scanned copy of your CO's letter to [email protected] and we'll be in touch to tell you what the next steps are.

Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate FCO orders at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Some items we stock are only available to buy in our shop as some manufacturers impose regional requirements.
All transactions made on www.sigmasports.com are made on our secure server. This is housed at our hosting company's offices behind a firewall for both electronic and physical security. All traffic to and from you (the user) is encrypted and is extremely unlikely to be decrypted by a third party. When operating in a secure mode, a browser will display the URL (web address) beginning "https" (the "s" stands for secure) rather than the standard "http" as well as showing some form of security symbol such as a padlock.
For the protection of our customers we continually monitor our systems and procedures to ensure that our business is fully PCI Compliant. One of the requirements for compliance is that credit card details are never transmitted insecurely. Although you can email or fax orders to us we ask that you never include your card details in them. We will only accept payment by credit card over the telephone, via our website or in person.

Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. Sigma Sports Ltd reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or at all. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
We reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.
Out of Stock Items
If at the time of ordering any items are out of stock we will advise you, via email or telephone of any shortfall and provide a revised despatch date. We will despatch the in-stock items by the next working day at the latest.
Right to Cancel
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which came into force on 13 June 2014 provide statutory backing for the good business practices which Sigma Sports already observe. The regulations allow a consumer to return any products (with the exception of custom orders) ordered by mail/phone/fax or internet from Sigma Sports Ltd within 14 working days (starting the day after delivery) for a full refund.
