Kogel PF30-386 Bottom Bracket for Long Spindle Cranks
The Kogel PF30-386 Bottom Bracket is compatible with most current 30mm diameter cranks that feature long spindles and frames that use the PF30 bottom bracket shell format. The ceramic bearings markedly reduce rotational friction and are placed further outboard, outside the frame to create a stiffer configuration and reduce bearing wear.
