Can I shop in-store without an appointment?
Yes, we are allowing general browsing at this time. At our Hampton Wick store, there is only general browsing on the ground floor only. This will allow you to view saddles, tyres and tubes, energy food, cleaning products and accessories. For any bike, helmet, eyewear and shoe browsing requirements please see 'How do I book an appointment' below. Both floors are open for general browsing at our Oakham store and you don't need an appointment.

Can I pick a new bike up then and there?
We would always wish to build a brand new bike to the measurements obtained from taking your measurements and sizing, ahead of taking a bike off the shop floor.
Do I need to provide a deposit when purchasing a bike?
A 10% deposit will be taken when the bike sales team representative arranges the collection appointment with the customer.
Can I try clothing on in-store?
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 safety measures put in place, we cannot facilitate the trying on of clothing in the store. Should you wish to pick up an item of clothing in store please use our Reserve and Collect service.
What bike fit services are available?

How do I book my bike in with the workshop for a service?
Our workshop demand is incredibly high so we are only taking bookings for customers who have bought a bike with us in the past six months and for customers with urgent issues.
Can I make a purchase with a Sigma Sports eGift voucher in store?
Yes, you can use a Sigma Sports eGift voucher in-store or online. Find out more about receiving, giving and redeeming an eGift voucher.
What finance options are available in the store?
We offer a range of competitive finance options.
I have a Cycle to Work Scheme voucher, can this be used in-store?
Yes, Sigma Sports are affiliated to Cyclescheme, the Bike2Work scheme and Cycle2Work, vouchers from all of these schemes are accepted in store. Find out more about using Cycle to Work vouchers in-store.
How do I go about returning an item?
Please note items purchased online cannot be returned to the store. To return an item purchased in one of our stores, please consult our returns page to find out more.
Is it possible to exchange an item in-store purchased at Sigma Sports?
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, please place a new order for the items that you want and return your existing items.
How do I know if an item on the website is in stock in the store?
Select colour and size (if applicable) and we display the stock status on the respective product page. Please see below for an example.
Are there social distancing and other safety measures in place in the stores?
We ask you to please use one of the many 'touch-free' hand sanitisers we have installed around the store and wear a face mask.
Can I park my bike or car at the store?
We have secure indoor customer bicycle parking should you choose to cycle to visit us.
Hampton Wick Store
If you decide to drive, we have a customer 'pick up' and 'drop off zone' at the rear of the store, there are also 2 car parks located just a few minutes walk away.
There is 1-hour free parking available on Bennett Close which is a 3-minute walk to our store. On the opposite side of the road to our store on Old Bridge Street, there is a short stay Pay and Display car park which is a 2-minute walk.
Kingston town centre has several multi-storey car parks plus other parking facilities and these can be easily found by driving over the bridge and following the one-way system: the car park signs are clearly visible. It is only a short walk from the town centre over the bridge back to the shop.
There is free parking immediately outside our shop.
