Email Marketing

To help you get the most out of our emails, you have the option of telling us a bit more about yourself. You are not obliged to do this, and you can update your preferences within your customer account at any time. Then we’ll send you a few emails each week keeping you up-to-date with news of our latest products, offers and in-store events.

Luxottica Virtual Mirror

We provide for certain sunglass brands a great option called Virtual Mirror that enables you to try on the glasses virtually from the comfort of your own home. This great tool is provided by Luxottica and will process your personal data to provide this service. Before you can use this tool you will be asked for consent for Virtual Mirror to access your camera on your device, once you give consent we will store this consent data on a Cookie that will be stored for 30 days. Your image is processed in real-time on your device and will not be communicated to anyone nor will it be stored by Luxottica or Sigma Sports. In case you want to save your image after the experience, the image will be stored only on your device and it won't be accessed by Luxottica or Sigma Sports.

Reviews

To help provide our customers with a fair and transparent shopping experience, we have partnered with two online review platforms: Trustpilot and Bazaarvoice. Following a purchase, we will securely transfer your email address to these companies who will then use this information only for the purposes of inviting you to leave a review.
