Gold service
£315.00 (4.5 hours)
Give your bike the attention it deserves with our comprehensive Gold service. We completely disassemble, inspect, and rebuild your bike to factory standards. Every component is checked and serviced, leaving you with a reliable bike, good as new!
- The bike will be fully disassembled, inspected for damage, cleaned, and prepped for reassembly.
- Bearings in the wheels, headset, and bottom bracket will be checked and replaced if needed.
- Wheels will be inspected, trued, and necessary tire components replaced.
- The chain will be measured for wear, and drivetrain components cleaned, inspected, and replaced as needed.
- Electronic systems will be updated with the latest firmware and fully charged.
- Brakes will be cleaned, checked for wear, and replaced if needed.
- All cables, hoses, and wiring will be inspected and replaced as required.
- The bike will be reassembled to manufacturer specifications.
Any bike repairs or replacements will be discussed with the customer before proceeding. Parts are charged separately.
Silver service
£245.00 (3.5 hours)
Get your bike running smoother than ever with a Silver bike service. We meticulously service the brakes, wheels, chainset, and bottom bracket, as well as update electronic components with the latest firmware. All components serviced will be restored to manufacturer specifications, leaving you with a bike capable of peak performance!
- The wheels, chainset, and bottom bracket will be removed for thorough cleaning and inspection.
- Wheels will be checked for wear, trued if needed, and tires inspected or replaced.
- Bottom bracket bearings will be cleaned, inspected, and replaced if necessary.
- The chain will be measured, and drivetrain components cleaned, inspected, and replaced as needed.
- Electronic systems will be updated with the latest firmware and fully charged.
- Brakes will be cleaned, checked, and replaced if needed.
- All components will be reinstalled and adjusted to manufacturer specifications.
Additional work beyond a Silver service will be discussed and completed if time allows, with charges applied accordingly. Any issues will be discussed with the customer before proceeding. Replacement parts are charged separately.
What to expect on the day of your bike service
To help us keep our workshop running smoothly, we kindly ask that bicycles be dropped off at the store by 11:00 AM on the day of service. If preferred, bikes can also be dropped off the day before your appointment.
For early drop-offs at 7:30 AM, please contact our customer care team in advance to make arrangements. As the store will not be open at this time, a member of staff will meet you in the parking lot at your pre-arranged arrival time. This must be organised ahead of time with either the workshop or customer service team.
We also kindly ask that bicycles be brought in clean. If cleaning is required before work can begin, a cleaning fee may apply.
Bike servicing: additional parts and accessories
Good communication is crucial to us, so you will get a phone call from the mechanic at the shop to confirm prices with you before any new parts are fitted. We will not continue with any work until we have spoken to you first, so accurate contact details are essential.
Bike shop deposits
There will be a £50.00 deposit taken by our workshop team to secure a workshop booking. This is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the day of your workshop booking. This deposit will go towards your final bill and if your bill is lower than £50.00 you will be refunded the difference.
Reasonable bike repair shop rates for London
Bike repairs are charged at £70 an hour in London. Our bike repair shop work to the nearest 15 minutes, and among the procedures and bike repairs we regularly carry out, are the following:
- Bike & component assembly – Fitting an old or new groupset, wheels, bottom bracket, headset, and bar tape onto a frame.
- Wheel services – Wheel building, truing, hub servicing, and fitting tubular tires.

What time would I need to drop my bike off for a service?
We ask you to drop your bike to us in Hampton Wick, on the day of the service, no later than 10am. You can drop into our Hampton Wick store from 7am. Please ensure it arrives in a clean state or you may be subject to the £15 cleaning charge.
Do you provide a time slot to carry out the service on my bike?
We do not offer a specific time slot to carry out the service on your bike. Should you wish to wait while you have your bike serviced please provide us with as much notice as possible.
Will my bike be serviced on the same day I bring it in?
We will strive to get your bike serviced and finished before the end of that day - depending on the availability of spares we have in stock.
Is there a cost involved, should my bike need to be cleaned ahead of it being serviced?
If we have to clean your bike, an additional charge of £15 per bike will apply.
Should my bike require new parts, will I be informed before these are fitted?
We offer a transparent service, with no surprise charges. You will get a phone call from the mechanic in Hampton Wick, London to confirm prices with you before any new bike parts are fitted. We will not continue with any work until we have spoken to you first, so accurate contact details are essential. Any worn/broken parts will be disposed of unless otherwise requested.
When is the latest time I can pick my bike up, once serviced?
Your bike must be collected within a week of it being serviced or repaired. We reserve the right to charge for storage if bikes are not collected within a reasonable time.
I've got a flat tyre, do you offer bike puncture repairs?
Of course, we aim to provide great value on all repairs and servicing for customers in London, Surrey, Kingston, Twickenham and beyond, and this extends to puncture repairs. We can replace the inner tube and carry out a tyre check plus provide further advice on puncture prevention.
