Useful information - order delivery dates

If you are looking for an update on your order, we are here to help.

Have you checked your order confirmation? When you place an order, your basket will show the estimated delivery date for all of your items. The confirmation email we send you will also show the estimated delivery date for your order.

Your order confirmation will also show the stock status of each item, so you can see if it is in stock or due to arrive from one of our suppliers. We ship all orders together once the whole order is in stock.
