Price Match Policy

At Sigma Sports we're committed to offering great service and unbeatable value for money, whether you choose to buy in-store, from our website, or over the phone. We understand that price is important, so we regularly check our prices against businesses that offer identical products nationwide, sold with the same service conditions and in stock. Where you find an identical product from a retailer with a nationwide presence, in stock and sold with comparable service and conditions, we will look to match this price for as long as it is economically viable to do so.

If you find a product being sold cheaper by one of our competitors, follow the steps below to receive your Price Match discount.

How the Sigma Sports price match policy works

To request your Price Match, please use the Contact Form and include all the details requested below. An incomplete request will delay us reviewing your Price Match request.

Should you wish to Price Match in one of our stores, please speak to a member of our store team to begin the process.

1. Website link (URL) of the product on our site you would like to Price Match.
2. Size and colour/flavour of the product, if applicable.
3. Website link (URL) of the product at a lower price on the competitor's website.

If we agree to match the competitor and your order has already been placed, your card will be invoiced for the lesser amount and the funds will become available on your card again. PayPal payments will be refunded directly. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, we will refund your original payment method once the Price Match has been accepted.

If you haven't placed an order yet, we will email you a Virtual Basket to complete the order at the agreed price.

Price match terms and conditions

• We will Price Match against retailers selling an identical product that is in stock and offer a similar level of service and conditions. The list of competitors below shows examples of who we will Price Match. All Price Match requests are treated on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Sigma Sports.
• We are unable to Price Match on non-UK websites at this time.
• The competitor's item must be identical (colour, size, etc.).
• The competitor's item must be in stock at the time of the Price Match.
• The competitor's price must be publicly advertised online and cannot include any membership or personal discounts.
• We cannot match any multi-buy offers.
• We will take into account any applicable delivery charges.
• We reserve the right to make additional charges for installation on price-matched products.
• We reserve the right to decline a Price Match request at our discretion.
• Price Match is not available when any Cycle to Work scheme or Interest-Free Credit is used as payment.
• Price Match discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers.
• We are unable to offer this Price Match policy to customers outside the United Kingdom.
• We reserve the right to reject a Price Match request. A customer submitting a Price Match request is not a commitment from us to accept it.
