Oakley Aro 3 Tour de France Edition MIPS Road Helmet

Renowned for their performance eyewear, Oakley also produces premium helmets, and the Aro 3 MIPS Road Helmet is engineered to optimise ventilation. This Tour de France edition has a smart black and gold colourway and is incredibly light.

The MIPS system takes care of safety and places a low friction layer between the inner liner and the shell. In the case of an angled impact, this layer limits rotational motion, sliding relative to the head, significantly reducing the risk of minor and severe brain injuries. EPS foam further absorbs impact.

In the searing heat, the ventilation system comes into its own. The design includes large front vents so the air will flow more freely over the head, constantly cooling you down, perfect for comfort on long hot climbs, while the X-STATIC® brow pad absorbs moisture and prevents sweat from running into your eyes.

A Boa® FS1-1 360-degree fit system holds the helmet secure. Using the rear dial, adjustment is quick and easy and you can do this in small increments to achieve a snug and comfortable fit. The system won't interfere with your eyewear, and when you want to remove your sunglasses there's an integrated dock for storage.
