Oakley produced their first eyewear over 35 years ago, and the new Jawbreakers Sunglasses from the Origins Collection are packed with sports performance features. The Limited Edition sunglasses use Prizm™ technology to give the rider clarity, light-filtering and the opportunity to see the road clearly. Impact resistance and optical clarity have been achieved by using their patented technologies of High Definition Optics® (HDO®).

Prizm™ uses lens optics built on many years of colour science research. They give unparalleled control of the amount of light transmission, this means colours are tuned to maximise the level of contrast and increase visibility. The result for the rider is a much clearer ride with the ability to see the road more sharply.

Thanks to the Jawbreaker shape, the upper field of vision has been increased compared to standard sunglasses, there is a greater peripheral vision when you're riding. You can change your lens to match the conditions thanks to the Switchlock™ lens technology, with the minimum of fuss. The fit of the glasses can be adjusted as the stems can be altered to select one of three different lengths to ensure the fit is just right.

To create a secure fit Oakley use their Unobtanium® nosepad and earsocks that ensure the glasses remain in place regardless of the rain or sunshine. If the heat rises, then the vent ports will help circulate the air to keep you fresh and prevent the lens fogging up. They are carefully placed to prevent any draughts from becoming a distraction as you ride.
