Keeping your energy up, and, crucially, not getting you drunk, these gels have the fantastic taste of Adnam's Mosaic Pale Ale for a summery flavour on your ride. Containing just 0.5% AVB, you'll be hard pushed to get these gels to make you cycle squiffy, as it'll take over 60 to equate to one pint!

Using Torq's celebrated 2:1 approach to keep you optimally energised, this gel is designed to be light on the stomach and easily metabolised quickly, leaving you able to put out your power once more. Packaged neatly, this box provides 15 gels, each in an individual tube, easily accessed with one hand when riding.
