The Trek Domane SL WSD Road Frameset 2018 is engineered from Trek's patented 500 Series OCLV Carbon which is lightweight, stiff and strong, yet compliant enough to reduce road buzz for a more comfortable ride.

Front and rear IsoSpeed decouplers smooth the roughest roads so you stay comfortable however hard or long you are riding, no matter the road conditions. By 'decoupling' the seat tube and top tube, the seat tube can flex and move with the road, resulting in less fatigue so you can work harder for longer. Front IsoSpeed provides greater compliance, and the steerer tube has more room to flex, reducing the effect of road buzz on the hands and upper body.

Endurance geometry maximises control, handling and responsiveness and, although still ideal for racing, a slightly taller head tube increases stability and puts you in a slightly more relaxed and comfortable position.

Direct brake mounts connect brakes directly to the frame, eliminating redundant parts and improving overall braking performance. Control Freak is Trek's extremely light and quiet cable management system allows any combination of shirt and brake housing to be routed through the frame for clean aesthetics.

Tyre clearance for up to 28c tyres means the option for even more comfort and the versatility to explore further, and mudguard mounts ensure you can adapt your set up for any conditions.
