The 1.5mm thick Yamamoto Smoothskin neoprene is highly flexible so won't restrict movement, whether swimming, surfing or kayaking. Recognising a shortfall in this style of garment, Zone3 have included a YKK back zip to make it much less of a wrestle to put on or take off. Thanks to an internal smoothskin finish the baselayer will stay neatly in place under a wetsuit, so you will never have issues with uncomfortable bunching or awkward creases.
