Website and app remain open

We continue to operate normal service from our website and app. Deliveries are running as normal, we are still able to build and deliver bikes along with all products currently available online. Please allow 4 to 5 working days to receive your order, should your order qualify for free delivery or you opt for Standard Delivery. We are currently not experiencing any delays with our couriers on products that are in stock at our warehouse. International customers may experience some minor delays.

Hampton Wick store

The store is temporarily closed, although we will allow customers to pick up new bikes on an appointment-only basis. Our bike fitting service and mechanics courses have been suspended.

We would encourage you to use our online service in the first instance, however, if you do have to visit our store for a bike collection we ask that you please observe the following:

  • We can only allow one customer per member of staff into the store, upon reaching capacity we will operate a 'one in, one out' policy
  • Please use the hand sanitizer provided when entering the store
  • We request that you observe the 2-metre social-distancing rule at all times
  • We are no longer taking cash payments in-store
  • If you intend to pay using finance or a cycle-to-work scheme please call ahead to make arrangements as this will save time when you visit
  • Please note that we are not able to provide our usual level of detail during the bicycle handover process

Reserve and Collect in Esher

Our reserve and collect location in Esher will be temporarily closed until further notice. We would encourage you to use our online delivery service and Collect+.

Can I still order online?

Yes, you can still order online at or on our (UK only) app.

Are there any expected delays to my order arriving?

Within the UK, we are not currently experiencing any issues that would result in orders being delayed. What with a high number of orders in our system, please allow 4 to 5 working days to receive your order, should your order qualify for free delivery or you choose the Standard Delivery option. Our courier services are operating without any reported issues. Orders for international customers may be subject to delays.

Can I still bring my bike in for a workshop service?

Our workshop is now temporarily closed. If you currently have a bike with us undergoing a service please contact our workshop team should you have a query.

Is it possible to book in for a Sigma Sports mechanics courses or bike fit?

Both our mechanics courses and bike fit services are now not operating. If you have an existing booking with us, we will offer a refund or an opportunity to reschedule courses/appointments.
