A selected range of Road Bikes with integrated front ends, Triathlon Bikes and Premium brands are only available for Home Delivery with the Premier Delivery Service, or Reserve & Collect in store.

How to use the premier bike delivery service
Step One
Place an order for a bike, and select Premier Bike Delivery at the checkout.
Step Two
The Sigma Sports Customer Care Team will contact you via email to offer you the available dates for delivery of your new bike.
Step Three
A Sigma Sports mechanic will assemble your bike.
Step Four
Our specialist bike delivery team will hand over the bike and make any adjustments needed and talk you through the functionality of the bike.

How much does Premier Bike Delivery cost?
This service costs £99.99.
How long does delivery take?
We will provide you with the available dates the courier can deliver your bike to your address, so you can select a date that suits you. The estimated delivery time for this service is 7-10 days and for more remote postcodes up to 14 days. We cannot offer weekend deliveries at this time.
What does it include?
Your bike will delivered to your door fully built, ready to ride and set up on your doorstep by a qualified mechanic. The mechanic will run through your bike's setup, show you how everything operates and any important information you need to know about your bike. If you have any questions about your bike before or after delivery please contact our Customer Care Team.
Will additional parts & accessories be installed from my order?
Yes, where possible our workshop will install any parts and accessories that can be fitted, are safe to fit and do not affect how your bike is loaded onto the vehicle for safe transportation. Anything that cannot be fitted will be fitted to your bike at your door. If we are not going to be able to fit anything you have ordered we will discuss this with you. If you have any specific requirements or questions please speak to our Customer Care Team.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
We deliver to most UK Mainland postcodes. This service is not available to some remote postcode areas; AB, BT, DD, DG, EN, HS, IM, IV, KW, LD, PA, PH, SY17, SY18, SY19, SY20, SY23, SY24, SY25 & ZE. We may be able to deliver to your postcode using our standard bike delivery service. Please contact our Customer Care Team for more information.
