Bianchi Aquila CV Ultegra TT/Triathlon Bike 2019
Close examination of the Bianchi Aquila CV Ultegra TT/Triathlon Bike reveals more and more details designed to add speed, reduce effort and chase after those precious seconds. The front end of the bike is particularly impressive as the traditional concept of entirely separate frame, forks, headset and brakes has been eschewed in favour of a super slippery cohesive unit.
The frame has been constructed using Bianchi’s Countervail technology, which is integral to the architecture of the carbon fibre. This vibration damping effect puts less stress and fatigue onto the rider whilst actually increasing the stiffness and strength of the frame. This means that the rider will get less tired, and will be able to put a greater effort into the pedals or remain fresher for the run. Every detail has been looked at from an aero perspective; wind-cheating tubing is to be expected, but even the junction of the seatstay into the seat tube has been sculpted with this in mind.
The component list is no less impressive, with a full Shimano Ultegra R8000 drivetrain in conjunction with Shimano Dura Ace bar end shifters and brake levers. A Bianchi Aero Carbon seat post and Fizik Mistica MG saddle provide a very adjustable aerodynamic perch, with the reversible seat post having 18mm +/- options.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
