Designed specifically for cold weather riding the Castelli Elemento 7x (AIR) Jacket provides warmth and a water resistance. Windproof with Windshear technlology, insulating and perfect for chilly autumn and winter rides, with a fleece lined interior and a Thermoflex collar that extends for added wind protection. Ideal for temperatures ranging from 0-12°C and available in black, drive blue and black and black and yellow colour schemes.

7x (AIR) fabric is where the jacket really stands out. The material is 7 times more air permeable than Castelli's standard Windstopper fabrics. This jacket has been created to offer complete, 100% protection on both the front and the back. Insulation is all well and good but if the garment does not breathe you soon become a sweaty mess. The 7x (AIR) fabric makes up 50% of the jacket and is combined with carefully placed vents that add breathability and improve moisture control.

A slim cut design has been achieved using the jacket's stretchy fabric. A flappy jersey is never attractive or efficient. The high performance fit, as well as looking good, actually improves warmth as less cold air is trapped inside the jacket.

Castelli have added three well proportioned pockets on the rear and a neat, easy to access chest pocket for stashing your mobile phone, keys or money in.

Although not fully waterproof the DWR treated fabric will stand up to a light shower or road spray.
