Consultations can be carried out without an appointment, although we would recommend pre-booking an appointment to guarantee you will be looked after as soon as you enter the store. • Bike sale handovers: All customers who place an order from a bike sales consultation will also get a bike sales handover to ensure the position is right for you and you are confident when it comes to using the gears, brakes and to answer any questions you may have before leaving with your bike.

• Clothing department: We have a wide range of cycling clothing from some of the best brands. With a fantastic array of men's and women's clothing, helmets, shoes and eyewear, our highly experienced staff are on hand to assist you with your purchase. We offer a Reserve & Collect service to ensure the item you want is in-store and ready for you when you arrive.

• Reserve & Collect: A fantastic function to use for a wide range of items including clothing, helmets and shoes to ensure the products are waiting for you when you arrive in store. Place your order online and we will contact you to confirm when your order is ready for collection.
