Installation is quick and easy and can be carried out with standard workshop tools. They are compatible with Shimano SPD off-road style cleats and are ideal for refreshing old, worn pedals or converting existing Rally road pedals for off-road riding.

I bought this and ran straight into the conversation. Unfortunately, the socket I used for the spindle nut wasn't straight but, which meant when getting the nut off, I had disfigured the nut which closed the tiny screw holes. I had to contact Garmin and get a replacement nut. They provided it Free of Charge - but had I need to pay, it was of cost approx £40. Second time around, I completed the conversion with no issues. The peddles are great - as a road cyclist, it's refreshing to get in and out of the peddles so easily. The power is as expected from Garmn - 1st class. And when I get into the summer months, I can convert the peddles again for road cycling.
