HOKA ONE ONE Speedgoat 5 Trail Running Shoes
Building on the success of their Speedgoat 4, HOKA ONE ONE’s Speedgoat 5 Trail Running Shoes are lighter, comfier and grippier than their predecessor.
Vibram Megagrip supplies the traction, designed to work on loose surfaces when accelerating or braking, with the 5mm lugs spaced so that they clear easily and don’t clog up. A reduced weight CMEVA midsole and the late stage Meta-Rocker provide HOKA’s signature plush ride and energised take-off for a smoother, faster stride pattern.
The upper features a dynamic sandwich mesh that flexes with the foot as it moves and can comfortably accommodate the foot as it swells throughout a run. The mesh is breathable to prevent overheating with the toe area protected against rocks and scuffs by a rubber bumper. An extended heel pull makes putting them on easier and reduces pressure on the Achilles tendon.
