High5 Energy Slow Release Gel Box (14 x 62g)

High5’s Energy Slow Release 62 gram Gels use fruit juice as flavouring to make them easy to use and come in a box of 14 so that there is always one to hand when needed. The slow-release carbohydrates provide stable energy release, avoiding the detrimental sugar spikes caused by other gels, and the additional minerals help replace the electrolytes lost during heavy or prolonged exercise. Both flavours of gel are free from caffeine and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans to use, and as they were developed with BORA – hansgrohe then there can be little doubt as to their efficacy.
