The Puori V Multi-Vitamin and Minerals Capsules contain forms of 13 essential vitamins and 9 minerals, crafted to supplement plant-based or regular diets. These capsules contain only organic minerals to guarantee the most efficient absorption and function of minerals within the body. Plant-based vitamin D is extracted from lichen, providing the vitamin in its most bioactive form, whilst active forms of B12 also make for easy absorption. The dosage of iron within this supplement has been adjusted to account for the fact that most plant-based iron is difficult to absorb, whilst easily absorbable organic forms of zinc, iodine and vitamin K2 are also included within the convenient, one-a-day capsules.
