Styrkr's MIX60 Energy Drink Mix, supplied in a box of 12 sachets, delivers 60 grams of carbohydrates in a ratio of 1:0.8 maltodextrin:fructose that not only boosts energy but also reduces the chance of gastric irritation commonly associated with energy supplements. 

Electrolytes are included to replace salts lost through sweat, preventing cramping and dehydration, while L-glutamine reduces fatigue to improve performance. 

The mix of ingredients is pH balanced and includes no colours or preservatives, is gluten-free and suitable for vegans.
