Trek Fuel EX 9.8 GX 27.5" Mountain Bike 2020
The Trek Fuel EX 9.8 GX Eagle 27.5" Mountain Bike has been designed to be highly versatile, able to take on almost anything that the trail can throw at it from techy descents to marathon rides. The carbon frame has 130mm of travel and features the Mino Link chip which can be swapped over to slacken the bike’s geometry if so desired. It also has Knock Block frame protection, internal cable routing and BITS integrated storage for a sleek aesthetic.
Both the rear shock and the fork are FOX Performance FLOAT EVOL units to provide a balanced ride feel and tunability, with the fork offering 140mm of travel. Boost dropout spacing helps keep the Line Carbon 30 wheels stiff and gives a good, stable platform for the suspension to work from.
4-piston Shimano SLX hydraulic disc brakes are perfect for keeping things in check, even on long alpine descents and the 12-speed SRAM GX Eagle drivetrain has ample gear ratios for the longest climbs thanks to the huge 10-50 cassette.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
