Trek Supercaliber 9.9 XX1 AXS Mountain Bike 2021
When nothing but the top spot on the podium will do, the Supercaliber 9.9 XX1 AXS Mountain Bike from Trek is the perfect partner. With an innovative IsoStrut rear suspension design that supplies 60mm of ground-hugging travel yet keeps the weight feathery light, the OCLV Mountain Carbon frame is stiff and efficient at laying all the watts down into the dirt. Upfront, the RockShox SID SL Ultimate fork has 100mm of travel to help keep the front end planted, and both shock units can be locked out for the finish line sprint with a single movement of the TwistLoc remote.
Electronically operated and totally cable-free, SRAM’s 12-speed XX1 Eagle AXS groupset is a joy to use. With no cable stretch or mud contamination to worry about, every shift is swift and accurate, actuated by a light lever press. An AXS smartphone app can be connected to the components to monitor battery life and maintenance as well as offering a degree of function customisation. The massive 10-52 tooth cassette has all ratios required for steep technical climbs and fire road descents alike, and the SRAM Level Ultimate hydraulic disc brakes even have carbon lever blades to keep the weight down.
Carbon also features heavily elsewhere, with Bontrager Kovee XXX 30 tubeless-ready wheels, XXX seatpost and Kovee XXX using it to reduce weight and increase performance. The 29” Bontrager XR2 Team Issue tyres are tubeless-ready too, making conversion quick and simple, giving access to the benefits of running lower pressures without risking pinch punctures.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
