Join us on Thursday, 21st November for a social 5km evening group run through Bushy Park.

We're meeting at 6.30pm outside the Sigma Sports store, where you'll be able to meet our experienced run ambassadors before heading into the nearby park for a dynamic stretching session and a social loop.

After the session, we’ll regroup to stretch before you’re invited to join our run ambassadors for a drink at one of the local pubs in Hampton Wick.

Whether you’re new to the sport and wanting to improve your fitness, or an experienced runner looking for a group to exercise with, we’d love for you to join us.
