We take pride in offering high-quality refurbished bikes that deliver top-level performance and reliability. To ensure your confidence in your purchase, we provide a 12-month warranty on all Approved Used bikes and frames.

What’s covered?

12-month frame & component warranty

Your bike is covered for manufacturing defects and mechanical faults for up to a year from the purchase date. This includes the frame, fork, and mechanical components, provided the issue is due to defects in materials or workmanship.

3-month parts & accessories warranty

Wheels, accessories, and smaller components such as handlebars come with a 3-month warranty.

What’s not covered?

• General Wear & Tear – Expected degradation of parts like tyres, brake pads, and drivetrain components.
• Accidental Damage – Crashes, improper handling, or misuse.
• Unauthorised Modifications – Any repairs or alterations not performed by Sigma Sports or an authorised industry service centre.
• Neglect & Improper Use – Damage caused by incorrect storage, excessive weight loads above the manufacturer-specified limit of the bike, or exposure to extreme conditions.

Making a warranty claim

1. Contact Us – Reach out to our support team with a description of the problem, your proof of purchase, and any relevant photos.
2. Evaluation – We'll review your case and may request the bike be sent in for closer inspection if required.
3. Next Steps: If the issue is covered, we’ll arrange a repair or provide a replacement part equivalent in quality and condition.
