Time: Meet at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm departure
Where: Sigma Sports Store, Hampton Wick
Pace: Two speed groups: 9min/mile and 7.5min/mile
Beat the cold and join our next social run, brought to you by the Sigma Sports Run Collective.
The session will start and finish at the Sigma Sports store in Hampton Wick, allowing you to drop off your bags and coats, and tackle a social 5km loop through the local Bushy Park. After a joint warm-up session, we’ll split up into two-speed groups to cater for all abilities.
