Its position at the front of the top tube means that it is easily accessible, even whilst moving, so stoppages are reduced. Three hook and loop style straps hold it in place, with a variety of mounting points to suit most frame styles. The contents will remain well protected from rain due to its welded seams, waterproof construction and there are internal sleeves with structured support to aid organisation.
