Introducing the lightweight and stiff Bontrager Affinity Elite TLR Front Clincher Disc Wheel 2016. With a superior stacked lacing alignment, this disc brake ready wheel is able to provide a heightened level of stiffness while still shaving valuable grams of the reading on the scales.
The redesigned lightweight alloy rims have been widened to 23 millimetres. This makes for a greater level of stability and traction whilst cornering, without having any effect on the wheel's stiffness or its smooth and aerodynamic profile.
The TLR rim system means that this wheel is ready for a quick transition to a tubeless setup and the included TLR rim strip and TLR valve stem means that setup is a quick and easy process. This is made possible with the conversion kit (sold separately).
Anchoring this lightweight rim and spoke configuration is a centrelock configured DT Swiss hub. This hub, alongside the included internal cam quick release, ensures smooth rolling and quick and easy changing of the wheel when necessary.
